Cap Nationalité is a private service to practise for the French civics exam and citizenship interview. It is not an official government service.

By using the site, you accept the rules below. The privacy notice forms part of these terms.

What the service provides

The service provides quizzes, interview practice and progress tracking. Daily technical limits may apply to some uses.

  • We may suspend access in cases of abuse, fraud or a breach of these terms.

Free access, limits and possible payments

The preparation tools currently promoted are free to access. A payment card is not required.

Daily limits may apply to protect the service from abuse and excessive costs, especially for voice and analysis features.

If a paid option is offered in the future, its price, terms and payment provider will be shown before purchase. We do not store full card details.

Acceptable use

  • Do not try to bypass the service's technical limits.
  • Do not disrupt the site or launch automated attacks.
  • Do not publish unlawful, fraudulent or misleading content.

You may not copy, republish or use these materials outside normal use of the service without prior written permission.

Limits of liability

The service is intended to help you prepare. We do our best to keep it available, but cannot guarantee continuous availability or freedom from problems.

We are not responsible for government decisions, service interruptions, data losses outside our control or misuse of the site.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute arises, an amicable solution will be sought first, before legal action.
